Teachings of the day... standing headlock take down. Grab the attackers wrist posture up/look up, get your hips as close as you can to the attacker, monkey paw the attacker's furthest foot with your foot*, sit down, pulling the attacker to the ground. From here you essentially have a bicep splicer, kimura, or arm bar.

*If the attacker's furthest foot is the attacker's right foot then monkey paw the attacker's right foot with your right foot. This would mean the attacker has you in a headlock on his/her left side.
